The April 30-31 was a deadly outbreak that saw major damage in Georgia and Alabama.

On April 30 a High Risk was issued for Georgia and Alabama a total of 174 tornadoes touched down 2 EF4's destroying towns in Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. One Caused Major damage near Adel Georgia, a town that had sustained major damage from a tornado on January 22 2017. This tornado followed a very similar track killing 50 people in sunshine acres the same mobile home that had major damage from the 2017 tornado this tornado was more powerful than the 2017 event it caused high end EF4 damage to 203 houses causing 5 billion dollars in damages. Another one hit rural Alabama along its track it hit a total of 25 houses the tornado had very strong velocity and swept away a farm house and leveled 24 well built homes. On April 31 a high risk was issued only 26 tornadoes touched down one however destroyed Albany Georgia again leveling many homes and was rated EF4 as a result and caused 1 trillion dollars in damage

Albany Georgia

At 3:30 the NWS issued a tornado warning for a cell near Albany Georgia. At 4:08 a small tornado touched down near Albany and a tornado Emergency was issued for the town and the tornado intensified to Low End EF4 strength Southwest of Albany it caused Major Damage leveling many homes the tornado intensified to High End EF4 strength were Well Built homes had been leveled and mostly swept away it moved straight through the center of town causing major damage buildings were reduced to bare slabs and leveled. The tornado reached very high end EF4 strength in the suburbs causing homes to be reduced to bare slabs. The tornado weakened to Low End EF1 strength and then re intensified to High End EF3 strength and caused extreme damage but then dissipated. The rating was disputed because a 100 homes were reduced to bare slab the City had been hit by a EF5 and the homes were rebuilt but most lacked anchor bolts and were cut Nailed instead out of the 1000 homes that were destroyed 5 were well built all of them were leveled.

At 4:30 a tornado warning was issued for rural counties of Alabama 30 minutes later a large wedge tornado was reported. The tornado reached Low end EF4 strength leveling an well built home the tornado intensified to High End EF4 strength and caused damage to houses sweeping away one it reached Very High End EF4 strength and devastated a neighborhood leveled many homes one well built home was almost leveled winds were estimated at 200 MPH almost EF5 intensity the tornado then moved into rural areas of Alabama causing no damage it swept away a farm house. The tornado dissipated after that.
