on May 12th the NWS would issue a day 3 moderate risk for Oklahoma because of a powerful low-pressure system that would move through Oklahoma on May 15th and a hot humid air mass sitting over Oklahoma with cape between 2400 and 3100 and a powerful jet stream over Oklahoma on may 15th day 1 outlook would issue a high risk for north texas central Oklahoma and southern Kansas

The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a
* Tornado Watch for portions of
Northern Texas
Central Oklahoma
Southern Kansas
* Effective this Sunday afternoon and evening from 3 PM until
8 PM CDT.
...THIS IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION...
* Primary threats include...
Numerous tornadoes and several intense tornadoes expected
Widespread damaging winds and scattered significant gusts to 80
mph likely
Widespread large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2.0
inches in diameter likely
SUMMARY...A dangerous environment is developing across the watch
area. Multiple rounds of intense supercell thunderstorms are
expected this afternoon and early evening, with the potential for
long-track strong to violent tornadoes. A few of the storms may
also produce large hail and widespread damaging wind gusts.
Geary OK EF2[]
at 3:09 pm a small ef2 would form west of Geary it would snap trees and do ef2 damage to multiple homes killing 1 and injuring 5 at 3:16 pm the tornado would dissipate the tornado had winds of 125 mph
Clinton OK EF3[]
at 3:07 pm an ef3 would form 3 miles southwest of Clinton and would rapidly intensify to a high-end ef3 it enters the city doing severe damage to the Clinton high school and luckily no one was in the building it then enters the suburban areas destroying multiple homes leveling a poorly built house and killing 7 people and debarking many trees it entered downtown Clinton damaging multiple business it exited Clinton it traveled 4 miles over open country and dissipating at 3:32 pm the tornado had winds of 165 mph
Norman OK EF4[]
at 3:27pm a violent tornado would form a few miles southeast of norman moving at 35 mph at 3:30pm it hits a sub station causing high end ef3 damage to it then moved into a small suburb doing low-end ef4 damage to multiple homes and killing 3 people it strakes some mobile homes killing 4 and tossing one half a mile away and doing high end ef4 damage to a bank crossing a highway tossing cars like toys and killing 2 and enters norman doing high end ef4 damage to everything in the path of the tornado and doing high-end ef3 damage to a church and killing 12 hits a middle school doing high-end ef4 damage to it would continue to do high-end ef4 damage to more houses and doing low-end ef4 damage to norman highschool it directly impacts the norman hospital severely damaging it and kill 23 people than hitting more suburbs and leveling everything in its path and killing 7 it then travels over open country doing high-end ef3 damage to multiple homes and tossing a mobile home 200 yards it then dissipates over it an open field the tornado had winds of 200 mph
El Reno OK EF1[]
a small ef1 would touch down in el reno doing high-end ef1 damage to multiple homes and injured a person when a tree fell on a house the tornado had winds speeds of 111 mph
Scott OK EF0[]
the tornado formed north of Scott doing ef0 damage to trees the tornado lasted 40 seconds the tornado had winds of 70 mph
Kingfisher OK EF3[]
A powerful tornado would touch down west of kingfisher it rapidly moved into the southside of town doing ef3 damage to multiple homes killing 1 person when a mobile home was blown away it continued to do low-end ef3 damage to multiple homes and injuring 8 people it dissipated over open fields the tornado had winds of 145 mph
