The July 6-7 2015 Tornado Outbreak was a small but destructive outbreak featuring 27 tornadoes and large hail across Texas and Oklahoma. At 11:08, July.6, a small funnel cloud worked it's way to the ground. It caused EF1 damage near Amarillo, Texas. At 1:34P.M., July.6, the first tornado in over 3 years caused EF0 damage in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas, killing 1. At 2:19P.M., a large Stovepipe tornado touched down and caused major damage in Bridge Creek and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, killing 3 people who got caught off guard while driving to the store. It was a high-end EF3. Two other EF3 tornadoes killed 3 and 7 people in Texas and Louisiana. At 9:02P.M., July.7. It rapidly became a half-mile wide tornado decimating multiple small towns in Arkansas, killing 16 people and injuring 100 more. It became one of the worst tornadoes in Arkansas history. Many other tornadoes resulted as an effect of the large supercell.
